On a calm, sunny day, there is little wind, often barely a breeze. How do you make a sailing ship do anything with little to no wind? For a beginner, calm seas are largely a frustrating waste of time. In the end it represents why challenges are important, that is what I see in this quote.

When I am stressed I like hanging out with my friends because when I am around other people I trust I feel like I can tell them anything and it will not bottle up.
